A note from Kimberly Abeln, owner and operator of Sabino Properties.
Hello! Real estate came into my life at the age of 19, when I read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," and went on to purchase my first home a few months later. After renovating it with the help of my wonderful father, I was hooked and haven't looked back since. I graduated with honors from the University of Oregon in 2005 with majors in International Studies and Spanish and minors in Business and Latin American studies. I later studied real estate via Texas Tech and was a Texas Realtor from 2007-2009. In 2009, I married an Army Pilot and we've been on the move ever since! We became real estate investors in 2011. I've managed properties from both across the nation and from abroad, and truly understand both the complexities and challenges that remote property management come with. I love being an investor's "boots-on-the-ground" and helping them achieve their real estate investment goals. After a move to Dothan, AL and multiple years as an MWR event coordinator, I transitioned back into real estate as a transaction coordinator and acquisitions analyst for a boutique firm in El Paso, TX. I have renovated multiple single-family homes along the way and have a love for commercial real estate. I organize the monthly real estate meetup group in Dothan, AL and have a passion for helping others in their real estate journeys. Whether you're an investor, 1st-time homebuyer, military member, new to the area, or need someone who can help you navigate the complexities of buying and selling real estate, I'm here to help you succeed!
